Florida Health Care Lawsuit Update
Well, as I write this, the arguments are underway in federal court in Pensacola on the cross motions for summary judgment in the case challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare. I believe the individual mandate is again likely to be held unconstitutional, but that that is likely to be the only count so decided.
